Sometimes we hold ourselves accountable for something that we were never taught, however to do so is unrealistic, invalidating, and unfair. DBT Skills Group fills in the gaps and shows ways to better handle hardships, emotions, and relationships. DBT Skills Group teaches practical approaches to live more peacefully with ‘what is’ as they coincide with the DBT modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
