For those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, numbing behaviors, disordered eating, or with any other difficulties managing emotions and relationships, DBT is an evidence-based treatment that can reduce distress, increase coping, and help create a life worth living. Our 24-week, online DBT skills groups cover: 1) Core Mindfulness Skills 2) Distress Tolerance Skills 3) Emotion Regulation Skills 4) Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills
