This is a repeating 16 week skills group that is primarily focused on the four skills groups in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. 3 weeks each will be spent on Emotion Regulation, Mindfulness/Wise Mind, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance Skills. The group can be repeated. You may join at each beginning of a new skill domain (ie at the 1st week of Emotion Regulation, 1st week of Mindfulness, etc.) This is not a therapy process group though some processing may occur. 4+members needed.
