Looking to build new skills? This 8 week DBT informed skills group will focus on mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills. We will meet virtually weekly on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:45pm starting February 7th. This group might be for you if you are finding yourself having difficulty staying present, having a hard time setting boundaries with yourself or others, or want to work on building and maintaining more positive relationships. Please note, this is not a full fidelity DBT group.
