This group will give you the tools you need to improve your relationships, manage difficult emotions, and learn about what to do in a crisis. You will become familiar with the 4 DBT modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Each session you'll learn 1-2 new DBT skills, so by the end of the 8 weeks, you will have many options to solve life's problems.
