This online only interpersonal process group for fems is a collaborative space to talk about, process, and receive support around the impact of trauma, attachment injuries, and other stressors on current experiences of Self in relationship to others and the world around us. This group is most appropriate for adult fem folx who have reliable support around them and some prior experience in therapy. This group would not be a good fit for a person experiencing active suicidality, or addiction.
