A welcoming and casual support group led by Matthew Williams, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and OCD survivor. Share what you feel comfortable sharing or just come to hold space for others. In addition to connections and shared experience, the group will learn concrete skills for wellness with anxiety, including grounding breathwork, and progressive relaxation.
