Chronic pain and/or chronic illness can swoop in and overtake our lives. As someone who also experiences chronic pain, much of my work as a therapist revolves around helping others reach their fullest potential despite chronic health issues. This group is for anyone struggling to manage the stress that comes along with health problems. Stress management, setting boundaries, setting priorities, and managing relationships are all topics that will be discussed.
