Balance for Life is a 10 week course designed for those struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or burnout to develop simple (but life-changing) wellness practices & discover peace & stability in the chaos so you can become balanced for life. We explore the following areas of wellness areas: Mental, Relational, Occupational, Financial, Environmental, Spiritual, Nutritional, and Physical Wellness. Calm the chaos and find the energy to thrive and live your life.
