Art Therapy Group: Self-Compassion for the HSP

This is an online art therapy group to facilitate learning about self-compassion, the high sensitivity trait, and how to incorporate self-compassion into your life as an HSP. We will meet weekly for 90 minutes. The maximum group size is 6 people. Participants must be Tennessee residents and at least 25 years old. Group meets weekly 3/2/23-5/25/23 (excluding 4/13).
