Art Therapy Group: Getting to Know Your Sensitivity

This is an online art therapy group to facilitate learning about the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, understanding your personal experience as an HSP, and gaining empowerment to get your needs met. We will meet weekly for 90 minutes. The maximum group size is 6 people. Participants must be Tennessee residents and at least 25 years old. Group meets weekly 2/8/23-4/26/23.
