A fun and relaxing group experience with two of the best things in the world: art and tea! This group is designed as an opportunity to engage in self-care through art projects that encourage introspection, creativity, and fun. It will incorporate mindfulness, emotion-focused therapeutic techniques, and encourage open and positive sharing with others. It is scheduled to begin in October and will be virtual for the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic, though it will be in-person in the future.
