Anxiety can take over lives, whether its a small annoying fear or sense of being overwhelmed, anxiety steals from us. Group is a great opportunity to hear how others are experiencing anxiety and what skills they are using to let go of stress. This group is a mixture of education and peer support for anxiety in daily life. We use skills from DBT and CBT to identify areas of stress and use skills to resolve. Email me to reserve your spot!
