Group Therapy Session
Adult Support and Skill Building Group (ages 19-25)

Group will be every other Sunday from 7pm to 8:30pm for 10 sessions. Group for this age range will allow those who are in one of the biggest transitionary times in ones life to come together to offer support on life after high school, college, finding one’s first job, and/or relationships. Support from the therapist will offer skills and new perspectives that can help prepare those who feel unprepared for this stage of life.
