Group therapy is designed to help clients struggling with suicidal ideation learn the DBT skills that will assist them in regulating emotions and improve their relationships. In this group, you will learn strategies to deal with conflict, find the middle path, you will learn skills to tolerate your emotions and urges, and will learn skills to help you better regulate your own emotions in conflict. This group is offered in person and online
