Finding support for adults impacted by their past and on-going experiences growing up in a narcissistic family. Seeing links between childhood experiences and current effect on behavior. Exploring and sharing feelings of dissatisfaction , invalidation, guilt, shame and self distrust resulting from their experiences. Healing old wounds and finding new ways to identify feelings, needs and wants. Helping each other through validation, support and the opportunity to accept the past and move on.
