This group is for those of us who need to either learn some self love skills, or re-engage in our self love practice. You will receive weekly journal prompts to complete on your own, and in group we will offer support and guidance for what comes up as you do this individual work. Each group will last 90 minutes and will begin with a 20 minute guided meditation.
