Unique 12-week intensive trauma therapy program begins 1/23/2023 Mon/Thurs 6-7:30pm. Small closed group cohort of adults. Process-oriented so that you know how to continue the process well after the program ends. Each week includes: Discovery Group focused on exploration of self and skills for managing life; Experience Group focused on new ways of relating to others; and Individual Psychotherapy
