The couples, partners, and individuals I work with have various presenting concerns and intersecting identities, but many of them are Latinx/Latina, polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and/or QTPOC. I am passionate about supporting folks who have experienced personal, systemic, sexual, and relational difficulties due to traumatic life events (including systemic oppression) with somatic modalities and techniques to help increase regulation, pleasure, intimacy, ease, and sexual wellness.

My clients are courageous and come to individual and/or group therapy! Therapy groups: Rainbow Heads/Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD) and Healing from Toxic Relationships, Finding Love and Dating, and Careers and Entrepreneurship! They also take my course and read my books to learn about domestic violence! Most of my clients are neurodivergent, like me! And many are queer, like me! And a lot are BIPOC with various cultural experiences :)
In the past I have helped people struggling with addiction issues, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and grief recovery just to name a few. I have worked with couples who are having relational issues, gay and lesbian couples, intergenerational couples, couples practicing polyamory or open relationships, and couples experiencing infidelity.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
If you are feeling emotions and unsure how to handle them, you are in the right place. If your child is demonstrating challenging behaviors and needs direction, you are in the right place. If you feel like you have exhausted all options, you are in the right place. Venturing out on your therapy journey can be scary but you are here to make that step. I am here to support you in your journey. I am here to help you overcome your anxieties, understand your emotions and feel better overall.
Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel? I care deeply about my clients’ well-being and my goal is to provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

Some areas for us to potentially work together on may include communication issues, a loss of intimacy, affairs, attachment struggles, trust, parenting, desire discrepancy, sex, and sexuality.
You need therapy that will teach you concrete skills to help improve your life right now, not aimless therapy that only makes you feel better for the day. My typical clients are professionals who have come to realize that negative thoughts are keeping them from achieving their full potential at work and/or in their personal lives. Many of my current clients had tried therapy prior to seeing me and did not find it helpful as they did not get concrete skills to deal with distress.
Are you a new or expectant mom feeling intense anxiety/sadness? Bursts of anger/rage? Finding yourself crying often or always on the verge of tears? If any of this sounds similar to what you're experiencing right now, during pregnancy or after the birth, there is healing waiting for you.

Being the victim of childhood trauma or narcissistic abuse can contribute to a wide range of physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms. It can make it difficult for you to trust others and maintain healthy relationships. Trauma and abuse of this nature becomes stored in the body, and may result in you feeling triggered, and suffering from mood swings, depression, and perhaps even feelings of guilt or shame. I specialize in EMDR therapy to help you heal from trauma and narcissistic abuse.
